1. Being a busy without loss of regularity, and tire without losing the spirit.
2. Being a busy but happy, tired but full of joy.

4. Working quickly, but not until you become tense feelings; relaxing your body and your mind and not to be tense both body and mind.
5. Working quickly with the regular way; never compete with the time step in the nervous and perplexed.

Do not measure the success and victory with wealth and rank: The most important is that we do the best for ourselves and others.

To perform the tasks of weight, a person must be ready to receive complaints. And to assume responsibility means ready to accept criticism. However, complaints help develop the feeling of mercy advice and criticism contain gold.

Still feel light / relaxed in all circumstances, and each time it allows.
